Martha Brestel, as Project Manager, is responsible for customer analysis, customer intelligence, and market research projects in the process control industry. Martha gained her process control knowledge starting in 1984. Most recently, as Director of Client Relationships with a management consulting firm, she was the lead technical recruiter and sales person for clients in the process control industry, HVAC, electric and gas utilities, and the high tech industry. Previously, Martha worked for Fisher Controls International, where she held positions of increasing responsibility within the electronics and valve divisions. In her last position, working for the Director of Quality, she was very involved in key account management activities and was a co-leader for the start of the company's Customer Satisfaction Measurement process.

Martha graduated with High Distinction from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a Bachelor's degree in Life Science, holds an Associate of Science degree in Electronics Technology from Marshalltown Community College, and earned her Masters of Business Administration (MBA) from Iowa State University. Martha is also a licensed private pilot
